Thomas Wellington offers a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components not caused by our error are not eligible for return. Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

All returns must be sent by post. Returns via physical stores or kiosks are not available.

Return Labels & Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label by email.

All other returns (e.g. change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label will be sent by email for you to download and print.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
