Shipping costs vary depending on your destination, with rates typically ranging between $4.99 and $9.99. Exact shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately. For this reason, we’re unable to make changes to orders after they have been confirmed.
You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with the applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order fulfilment typically takes 1–3 working days. During peak periods, public holidays, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, processing may take up to 4 working days. Orders are dispatched as soon as item availability is confirmed.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive on different dates due to varying production or fulfilment locations.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times range between 7 and 11 working days, depending on your country or region. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
